Third chick successfully hatched
On Friday the 16th in the morning the third chick hatched. All three offsprings are "in great shape" and eagerly await their food. Right after the chick had freed itself from the shell, the first videos of all three "wobbly heads" could be observed in the Forum. The first two chicks had already hatched in quick succession on May 13th. Now we anxiously wonder whether an additional chick will join them because of the original clutch of six eggs four were incubated.
On coming Wednesdaythe chicks will receive their names. Stork Fans from other countries may supply suggestions. Children of the Sorbian-Wendish Daycare group in Vetschau will draw the names.
