3rd Bicycle Tour to Stork Eyries

The NABU-Regional Association Calau invites you to the last of this year's bicycle tours on Saturday, August 12th. The meeting place is the Stork Centre in Vetschau at 9:00 a.m. The trek will last for 2½ to 3 hours and leads to all stork eyrie around the Stradow Ponds. It will begin in Vetschau and passes through Stradow and Naundorf. The young storks are now fledglings and can be observed as they practice flight. This 3rd stork tour will show how many young storks grew up this year.

Heinz-Juergen Boemack of NABU-Regional Association Calau will be the knowledgeable leader and answer all questions.

Of course, other birds will also be there to be observed. With a little luck the Singing Swans and Osprey will be part of this.
